  COURSE CONTENT

Troubleshooting is one of the most difficult tasks when managing a complex network. TSHOOT is designed to give you the key knowledge and skills required to resolve enterprise routing and switching problems quickly and effectively. A large part of this course will involve looking at hypothetical companies and their networking issues and working through resolving those issues in a controlled environment. The objective is to develop a set of best practices for approaching networking problems that you can take back and apply on your network.

  PREREQUISITES
